Over the past several years, Iâve walked my own winding path of healingâthrough movement, nutrition, faith, and the quiet wisdom of the body. These one-hour sessions are designed to help you get to the heart of your health and lifestyle goals in a simple, realistic way. Together weâll explore your current rhythms, challenges, and areas of growth. Then, weâll create a daily plan that feels doable and nourishingânot overwhelming.

Whether youâre navigating challenges in relationships, health, or simply feeling stuck, weâll work together to create actionable steps and meaningful insight.
