Over the past several years, I’ve walked my own winding path of healing—through movement, nutrition, faith, and the quiet wisdom of the body. Along the way, I’ve discovered that true transformation doesn’t come from a quick fix or a single practice. It happens when we tend to the root of imbalance—when the mind, body, and spirit are invited back into harmony.

I’m so excited to finally be offering two ways for you to step into this kind of healing work with me:

🌱 Wellness Consultations

These one-hour sessions are designed to help you get to the heart of your health and lifestyle goals in a simple, realistic way. Together we’ll explore your current rhythms, challenges, and areas of growth. Then, we’ll create a daily plan that feels doable and nourishing—not overwhelming.

Your plan may include:

  • Nutrition and herbal support 🌿

  • Movement and body practices 🧘🏽‍♀️

  • Mindfulness tools and nervous system resets ✨

  • Gentle guidance for energy and vitality

Each session is customized to you, and you’ll receive your plan in either a PDF or video format so you can return to it as often as you like.

Sometimes what we need most isn’t a meal plan or a checklist—it’s perspective. These sessions are a space for clarity, reflection, and practical support. Whether you’re navigating challenges in relationships, health, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to create actionable steps and meaningful insight.

I want to be clear: I’m not a psychic or medium. What I offer is rooted in intuition, lived experience, faith, and an ability to help you see your situation from a fresh angle. These sessions are open to all beliefs and backgrounds and are meant to empower you—not prescribe for you.
